2026 年 2 月 7 日～3 月 22 日に、東京大学史料編纂所が主催する企画展「史料を集め、伝
え、そして編む – 東京大学史料編纂所の過去と現在」が茨城県立歴史館で開催されます。
本展示は、史料編纂所が所蔵する国宝・重要文化財をはじめとする代表的な史料や茨城県
ゆかりの史料などの展示に加え、今年度に設置された史料学協創センターの新たなこころ
みとしてデジタル技術を用いた新しい史料学の取り組みが紹介されています。開催に先立
ち、2026 年 2 月 6 日に開催されたオープニングセレモニーには、センター長の関本教授と
溝淵特任助教が参加いたしました。
本展示では、当センター及びデジタル空間社会連携研究機構が、「史料とデジタルツイン
技術の融合」と題し、東大デジタルツインプロジェクトの一環として史料編纂所と共同開
発した日置北郷絵図地名 3D を出展協力しております。多くの皆様のご来場をお待ちして
おります。

From February 7 to March 22, 2026, a special exhibition titled
“Collecting, Preserving, and Compiling Historical Materials: The Past and Present of the University of Tokyo Historiographical Institute”
organized by the Historiographical Institute, The University of Tokyo is being held at the Ibaraki Prefectural Museum of History.
The exhibition features nationally designated treasures and important cultural properties from the institute’s collection, materials related to Ibaraki Prefecture, and introduces new approaches to historical studies using digital technologies as part of the newly established Center for Collaborative Historical Studies.
At the opening ceremony on February 6, 2026, Professor Sekimoto, Director of CSIS, and Project Assistant Professor Mizobuchi were in attendance.
In this exhibition, CSIS and the Digital Spatial Society Collaborative Research Organization are supporting an exhibit titled “Fusion of Historical Materials and Digital Twin Technologies.” As part of the University of Tokyo Digital Twin Project, the teams collaborated with the Historiographical Institute to develop and present the Heki Hokugo Illustrated Map Place-Name 3D.
